Alicante Airport

Collection Procedure - With the new terminal at Alicante now open, the procedure has become even easier.

Basically, having left baggage reclaim, proceed to the exit out to the public area. There you will see the lifts in front of you ... turn left towards the seating area ... you should see the flight arrival boards and a clock backing onto the lifts. My agent will be waiting for you there with a board saying Autos Javea.

Should no one be waiting, please call me - they will be close, but we will give them a nudge to let them know you are waiting.

He will do any paperwork there, before taking you across the bridge and into the car park to your car.

Along with the contract, you will be given a car park ticket which needs to be paid before you can get out of the car park ( should be around a euro)

Return Procedure - Follow signs to the Public Car Park … DO NOT enter the Rent-A-Car parking. The "key drop" car is parked on the front row of the A side of the 4th floor in bay 103... the car may change but the bay will not ... park near by and post key and car park ticket through slightly open drivers window (please write bay number on envelope if you have had to park some distance away / on a different floor).

Valencia Airport

Collection Procedure - when you step out of the terminal, turn left passed the taxis until you get to a small carpark P6 where my agents (Servirent) mini bus will be waiting ... they will take you to their compound on the otherside of the airport to collect the car.

Return Procedure - When you return car, go to the carpark in front of the terminal ... head to top floor (2nd) where you will find a white car with a red dot on the bonnet parked in bay 759 ... there is a key drop off point set in the rear window ... you can then walk across the bridge to departures

Javea

Collection procedure - come to the office shared with Javea Auto Sales by the Ferrobox roundabout where the Gata and Benitachell roads meet at the entrance to Javea ... either in the morning during opening hours (Monday to Saturday 9.30 - 13.00), or at another time by prior arrangement. (It will normally be possible to arrange a pick up within Javea if required.)

Return Procedure - outside of office hours arrangements can be made, but there should normally be someone at the car sales yard even when Autos Javea is closed until around 18.00.
